It’s a fair question.
This blend of classic heritage and future-focused technology is the key to my story.
The heritage is my destiny. It’s a path that began in Melfi, where I was born, home to one of Italy's great automotive plants, and led me to a Master's degree at the Polytechnic University of Turin, a university with deep historical ties to the Agnelli family's industrial empire.
This immersion in the world of engineering for giants like BMW and Rolls-Royce forged my foundational mindset. My world was one of complex systems, operational efficiency, and tangible results.
The future-focused part of my story came from a deep reflection during the global pandemic. With the world paused, I considered that life is short, and the best way to spend our time at work is to create real value for our community.
I realised my purpose wasn't just to optimise the systems of today, but to use the tools of tomorrow—like AI—to empower people. My focus shifted to education and skills development, to shape a better future for the next generation of talent.
The most powerful results I've delivered stem from applying core engineering principles while harnessing the transformative power of technology. It's a seamless fusion of my two driving forces: the Engineer, who designs practical, effective solutions, and the Strategist, who leverages emerging tools to envision bold new possibilities.
